Refund policy

At Irani Motohub, we carefully inspect and pack our products before dispatch.

Exchange Period

Any exchange or product-related issue must be reported to Irani Motohub within 3 days of delivery.

Requests made after 3 days from the date of delivery will not be eligible for exchange, return, replacement, or credit note, except where required by applicable law.

Returns & Replacements

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if:

* The product received is defective or malfunctioning.
* The product is damaged or has an issue attributable to Irani Motohub.
* The wrong product has been delivered due to an error on our part.

No return, exchange, refund, or credit note will be entertained for reasons other than those mentioned above.

Unboxing Video & Proof Required

For any claim involving a defective, damaged, malfunctioning, or incorrect product, the customer must provide a clear and continuous unboxing video showing the package being opened from its original sealed condition.

The customer must also provide clear photographs, videos, and other relevant proof showing the fault or issue with the product.

These proofs are required for verification. Without a proper unboxing video and sufficient photographs/videos or other proof of the reported issue, Irani Motohub reserves the right to reject the exchange request.

Exchange Option

Once a claim is verified and approved by Irani Motohub, the customer may choose:

* The same product, subject to availability
* Another product of the same value
* A higher-value product, by paying the difference in price.

Credit Note

If the customer does not wish to select another product at the time of an approved exchange, Irani Motohub may issue a credit note for the eligible value of the product.

* The credit note will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
* It can be used towards a future purchase from Irani Motohub only.

Exchange Conditions

For an approved exchange:
* The product must be returned in the condition specified by us.
* Original packaging, accessories, tags, and other included items should be retained wherever applicable.
* Proof of purchase may be required.
* The required unboxing video, photographs, videos, and other supporting proof must be provided.
* Irani Motohub may inspect the product before approving the exchange.

Important

All exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by Irani Motohub and must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
